DIVINE BY DESIGN  Tattoo enterprise is constructed and operates according to every A.P.T. Alliance of Professional Tattooists, and O.S.H.A. standards.

DIVINE BY DESIGN  is not a shop, parlor, or studio.... DIVINE BY DESIGN is a "Clinic” that operates to the same degree of standard that you would expect from any medical or dental practice you might be used to. DIVINE BY DESIGN is a member of the A.P.T., the Better Business Bureau, and an Autoclave Testing Service.

We guarantee you sanitation and sterilization! The staff at the DIVINE BY DESIGN  Tattoo Clinic are clean, friendly, trained and certified in cross-contamination, blood-borne pathogens, universal safety precautions, and the prevention of disease transmission in tattooing.

Our founder  Russell Seace has been tattooing for over 20 years. He is trained and certified in the technical art of body modification and licensed by the tattoo artists association board and holds controlling interests in more than three different tattoo guilds!
